Another day with threatening weather, but all turned out well. Course was phenomenal considering the rain we've been having over the last few weeks.  Scoring was back to its usual modest self which i love to see! Shows off our proper competition golf we offer.

PACE OF PLAY - To see the final groups coming in after just over 4 hours was really good. Thanks everyone for taking what was spoken about at the sign in desk on board.

 

Lovely to see 3 ladies playing today, we're an fully inclusive Tour and every golfer is welcome no matter what ability or gender! So please spread the word.

 

There was only meant to be 3 nearest pins today but first on the tee Danny Lever decided to leave one on the 8th. This meant we gave out another box of ProV1s. Committee meeting Monday between myself and myself to decide if he's welcome back next time! 

 

Once again another great turnout of 90 players, massive thank you for all the support, nice to see familiar and new faces. We're back on at Clitheroe Next Sunday and there's still a few tee times left. A quick reminder we've got our trip to Dubai in November and everyone is welcome there also.

 

Well done to our prize winners, Mark Robinson has been coming on the tour since day 1 and cant remember the last time he picked up some prize money, so about time! Some extremely close nearest pins again (missing the 10th marker but will have it tomorrow!
