Leigh

We're not sure yet why its called Leigh, as its in Culcheth and sits in a Warrington postcode. But it is most certainly a lovely little track. Some really good holes and the condition was fantastic. The whole venue including the course and clubhouse has amazing character and history. We will definitely look to return next year for another event. 

 

Well done to our prize winners, a lot of players mentioned the tricky pins. There had been the club championship the day before and the course was set up difficult for that! Which will explain why it was playing so tough. The scoring was back to its usual modest self, after fridays incredible 48!

 

I hope everyone enjoyed the day and look forward to seeing you all soonl. We're back at Whitefield on the 21st August.
